Amar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University. His professional learnings include Executive Leadership Program at Graduate School of Management, Kenan-Flagler Business School UNC, USA and SCM at Eli Broad Institute– Michigan State University, USA. Amar is Textron Six-Sigma Green Belt certified & undergone TQM program for 10 months at Indian Statistical Institute, besides, attended management programs at IIM, Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore & NITIE, Mumbai. He has served in various leadership positions at Textron, Bosch India, BEML-Komatsu, Bajaj, Mahindra & Bosch GmbH Germany in CNC manufacturing, TQM, SQA, Global Sourcing, Emerging Markets and Corporate Purchase. Amar has diverse exposure to Global industry, work cultures and strategic sourcing in BRIC markets. He has over 32 years’ experience of working in Aerospace, Automobile & Defence market sectors across India, USA, Mexico, western & eastern Europe and south east Asia in strategic sourcing. He has been instrumental in delivering several millions of saving in value engineered sourcing products from India for both Bosch and Textron businesses & also in footprint development for Textron in India



Suneesh holds a B -Tech in mechanical engineering from NIT-Calicut. He is a technology leader who has been designing and developing challenging products to commercial reality for more than two and a half decades. His extensive experience in automobile components, interconnect solutions, architectural hardware, along with his experience in leadership roles at Bosch and Ingersoll Rand stand testament to his capabilities. He co - founded Nexsys Controls and grew the company into flourishing engineering products and solution provider. With expertise across sectors, his goal is to leverage Fledgetec's engineering capabilities to tear down the barriers and ship great mechatronics products. Suneesh does not believe in short term solutions or plug and play strategies, he stresses on always doing what's' right for the customers and tells his teams to focus on quality, follow business processes, and create opportunities for clients that they thought never existed. He is quick with technology and believes that technology is enabling some amazing new possibilities.



A graduate in Electronics Engineering, Chandrasekhar began his career at BEL and played key roles in Electrocad Systems and Syscon Instruments developing embedded software, hardware for process control instruments and factory automation equipments . He then moved on to Robert Bosch, handling their testing infrastructure development for heavy commercial vehicles and the development of embedded controllers for automotive applications. He supported and contributed to the research and development of starter interlock relay and holds a patent in automotive starter safety relay. He has filed for a patent in multitude sensing devices for medical ventilators and submitted a proposal to the department of science and technology in multiple applications for medical devices. He worked for a brief period at Lithium - Ion Motors USA as the director developing high voltage battery chargers and intelligent vehicle monitoring systems. He co - founded Nexsys Control Systems and the company has grown under his operational excell ence and strategic vision. He also heads up the new product development and digital strategy initiatives. A technologist at heart, Chandru believes that Fledgetec is poised to help its clients revolutionize their industries with its technological capabili ties. He holds special interests in healthcare and EV technologies.


Avinash Gupta

Avinash is an IAF veteran, his educational qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, master’s in Aerospace Engineering from IIT-Bombay and a management certificate from IIM- Ahmedabad. However, the core of his strength lies in his working on Inter-Governmental contacts with the Indian government both as a representative of the Indian Ministry of Defence and as an outside vendor with Textron Inc.
Avinash has served in the Indian Air Force for 23 years, started his career with surface to air missiles and then moved on to fighter aircrafts squadrons as an engineering officer. Avinash was posted at the plans branch at the IAF headquarters and had managed aircraft production and avionics upgrade contracts with HAL, BDL, BEL, various DRDO laboratories and global OEMs.
Avinash joined Textron Inc. in 2011, to integrate a smart weapon on Jaguar aircraft of the Indian Air Force as per an Indo-US intergovernmental contract. He worked with multiple agencies like US Govt Program Office, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, HAL, ASTE and CEMILAC - and supported flight testing and weapon release trials. Avinash has a passion for the Program management and has had an abundance of exposure to global work ethics and culture while working with the leading aerospace companies of the US, France, Israel and UK.



Anand holds graduation in metallurgy from Indian institute of metals and also hold a certificate from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai in safe handling of radioactive materials. He has over 22 years of experience in diverse functional roles including sales and strategy, commercial and managerial roles in large steel manufacturing companies. Anand has served as Technical specialist for Beshay steels group of companies in Egypt and in north African countries before moving back to India to serve at Jindal steels in a managerial position in Operations.



Jayaprakash is a first-generation entrepreneur, and our go-to guy for anything to Sheet Metal fabrication. He is sheet metal expert and has delivered few of the most intricate fabrications by design and by process to elevate to making next level assemblies. This includes special bending, shearing with unique concept tools and welding methods. He holds 30 years of various unique skill work in sheet metal and fabrication and it helped him opportunities for him to develop special equipment bodies in the medical, aerospace & defence industry. He is eager to take up a lot more challenging fabrication works in aerospace and defence in the near future.
